SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 

Shipments are made by CTT.

 

  • For Portugal and protuguese island, shipping is by Registered Mail with tracking and costs 3€. Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more.
     

  • For Spain, shipping is by registered mail with tracking and costs €3. Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more.
     

  • For other destinations in Europe, shipments are made by registered mail with tracking and cost 7€. Delivery is free for orders of 75€ or more.

 

Delivery delay

 

All orders are sent within 24 hours of order payment confirmation. Delivery times may be longer than normal during the summer holidays or Christmas period.

 

  • For Portugal continental: 1-3 working days.
     

  • For Portuguese islands : 2-4  working days.
     

  • For Spain (except the Balearic Islands): up to 3  working days.
     

  • Pour les autres pays européens: up to 7  working days.
     

Return and Refund Policy

 

  • Returns of the item(s) with defects, breakage due to the sending process, must be communicated by email (liviana.lisbon@gmail.com) or private message within 14 days of receipt of the order.
     

  • Returns due to faluns or errors made by LIVIANA LISBON must also be communicated by email or private message within 3 days of receipt of the order. Returns must be sent to our address: Rua Padre Antonio Vieira 22 A - 2815-823 Sobreda (Portugal) and sent in their original packaging.
     

In the above cases, Liviana Lisbon can refund the amount of the items paid by the customer if he wishes. The return of the amount paid for the product(s) will be made by the same means of payment, in this case the customer must attach the information to make the refund.

 

  • Returns of items that do not meet customer exportations, these must be communicated by email (liviana.lisbon@gmail.com) or private message within 5 days of receipt of the order. These returns must be sent to our address: Rua Padre Antonio Vieira 22 A - 2815-823 Sobreda (Portugal) in the original packaging and unworn. Liviana Lisbon undertakes to provide a voucher for the reduction of the value of the item(s) if the customer wishes to cancel the purchase of the item(s).
     

  • Liviana Lisbon will not accept exchanges or returns of any type of personalized items.

 

  • Liviana Lisbon will not accept exchanges or returns of any type of items that have darkened over time. Recommendations for use are written on the site and sent in mailings.

 

All products sent by the customer for return must be sent by courier and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The jewels must be sent in their original packaging and without defects other than those indicated by the customer.
